the hotel is very close to public transportation. the metro station is just across the road, and it goes directly to the airport. the staff was friendly, and the breakfast had a wide selection of items.
the air conditioning was difficult to manage. i had to manually turn it on and off at night. the hotel lacked some expected amenities for a four-star hotel. there were no complimentary water bottles or slippers in the room.

The location suited my needs well, since the hotel is very close to the metro station. The room had a decent size and was clean. An electric kettle for morning tea was available from the hotel bar (this was really useful).
The check-in desk staff was not very friendly. I found them to be quite rude. There were also not many facilities for leisure. The hotel page mentioned fitness, but it only offered some outside space with very basic equipment.

the room was quite clean on arrival, i suppose. it wasn't a total disaster.
the air conditioning was a joke! it barely worked, and i ended up sweating all night. i swear, a fan would have been more effective, and i expected better at this price point.
